Rashad Richey Transfroming Lives Genuine Performance can be Achieved
With all the social issues that the world faces today, people tend to lose hope on a better tomorrow. Politcal change and social empowerment are two transformations that the community needs aside from the personal change in people. As a political strategist, Rashad Richey wants to spark the most genuine progress that his community needs by transforming lives just like how he was transformed by his Faith.
He is not ashamed to say that he changed right after he experienced how God moves in his life and from an ordinary boy in Atlanta, he rises with a passion in his heart. He is now a changed man and he never want to go back to his previous self anymore. He realized that there is more to life for him and that he found when his faith grew bigger. After being transformed, his passion to help other people as a catalyst continued to grow.
Rashad Richey has an uncompromising passion to encourage others be in the right path to make better decisions for the future. Although man is not perfect, he knows that someone out there will always come to help and he knows he can be that someone. He wants transformation to be an experience of freedom for others just like how he felt the change in him. For him, it is never too late for progress and so he’s advocating social awareness in his show, “Real Talk with Rashad Richey”.
It’s a privilege for him to be known as a political voice for the people. He knows that the people bear so much power in their hands and in their opinions but most of them don’t have the voice to spill the beans, that’s why he seriously puts his dedication and time to advocate for others. He uses mentoring, community involvement and political activism as his weapons in effectively transforming his community. He is not Rashad Richey if he doesn’t have the heart for social change that’s why as early as today, he’s taking his part in contributing change to the society.
It was when Black Radio gave him the spotlight that he started moving on his sincere ways of reaching a helping hand to people. His honest commentaries on social ills somehow bring light for practical solutions to take place. As a host, being black doesn’t really matter for Rashad Richey because he knows that he was given this job to be responsible of a positive difference. For him, progress is not based on race, class, age, gender, sexual orientation or religion, it lies in a person’s genuine intentions.
